Working with TCreative was a great experience. They are knowledgeable and professional but also a very fun group. I am pleased to recommend TCreative’s services. We previously attempted to have our website designed with someone else, who we ended up paying, but disappeared before the site could go live. TCreative picked up the ball and knocked my socks off with a great website.

Winter Park Urology

They have several office locations throughout the Orlando area, and each prides itself in its physicians’ skills, experiences, and compassion in treating patients’ conditions. Winter Park Urology uses advanced technology and qualified professionals in order to perform treatment surgeries, always abiding by its mission statement – to provide “the highest quality, comprehensive urological care with compassion and respect.”

Client Objective:

Update the Winter Park Urology brand in order to increase awareness and recognition within the Orlando area. Generate a branded look and feel for the Winter Park location renovation.

Action:

Work with Winter Park Urology’s general contractor to appropriately design and mount the establishment’s outdoor signage. Produce the building’s interior directional signage, as well as design and produce their interior décor. Create a car wrap to serve as an outdoor advertising tool and provide print materials to maintain the consistency of the brand.

Result:

Winter Park Urology has increased its visual appearance throughout the Orlando area, and all locations maintain brand and signage consistency and recognition.



Kustom

Kustom US is a nationally recognized general contractor specializing in remediation services. Established in 1968, Kustom devotes its team to servicing clients by developing disaster plans, coordinating emergency response, offering consulting services for losses and building environments, and managing reconstruction projects. Kustom is dedicated to maintaining the quality and integrity of its identity and projects.

Client Objective:

Update and modernize Kustom’s branding, logo, and tagline to better and more accurately represent the Kustom identity.

Action:

Improve Kustom’s brand by updating the company’s logo and tagline as well as generate a unique brand that not only portrays Kustom as a construction company, but as an upscale resource for clients as well. Recreate Kustom’s website in order to maintain consistency with the company’s new branding, and design a special feature for clients and employees so that, by logging into the website, they can digitally oversee their project. In addition, construct marketing collateral for Kustom, including a brochure, PowerPoint presentation, pocket folder, complete form package, business cards and stationery.

Result:

In an industry that has been facing difficulties, Kustom US has prospered, maintaining the reputation of being a dependable contracting and remediation company.



Stonewood Grill

Stonewood Grill 1st Quarter Lunch Campaign: marketing kit for each location including store banners, table tents, check-presenters, postcards, flyers, letters, static ads, to-go bag stuffers, rest room posters, menu panels, and HTML e-mail campaignWho:

Stonewood Grill and Tavern restaurants are located in 17 locations throughout Florida and North Carolina. Each restaurant aspires to provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere by offering a sophisticated dining experience to patrons. Stonewood specializes in the preparation of hand-cut steaks, grilled cuisine, fresh seafood, and offers an ample assortment of wines.

Client Objective:

Institute a Stonewood Grill and Tavern gift card campaign that would increase gift card sales from $800,000 in 2008 to over $1,000,000 in 2009.

Action:

Develop marketing kits for each Stonewood location to utilize in generating an awareness and an increase in gift card sales. Each marketing kit consists of store banners, table tents, check presenters, postcard designs, flyers and letters, static ads, to-go bag stuffers, rest room posters, and menu panels. Update the Stonewood website with pop-up gift card advertisements, create an online ordering system for convenient purchasing and a home mailing system for gift card delivery. Additionally, generate an HTML e-mail campaign that includes hyperlinks directed to the Stonewood gift card web page.

Result:

During the nine-week campaign, the combined effort of the materials and store initiative generated a 25% increase in gift card sales and an additional 10% of online sales between 2008 and 2009. These returns soared far past Stonewood’s intended goal.



QMedX

qmedex: logo, tradeshow booth display, operations manual binders, marketing kit including manuals, stationery, and co-branded information packets for each individual partnering pharmacyWho:

qmedex is a specialty healthcare provider primarily focused on the treatment of Lyme disease, podiatry, otolaryngology, and sinusitis. qmedex provides specialized home infusion services through “franchisees” which are regionally based pharmacies. qmedex also has established relationships with nationally recognized physicians and medical schools that develop antibiotic treatment protocols and tools to support advanced treatment of these diseases.

Client Objective:

Leverage the qmedex brand with nationally recognized physicians and medical schools in order to communicate the importance of their superior product offerings to regional pharmacies.

Action:

Generate a marketing package utilizing the qmedex brand as well as a graphic standards package that consists of manuals, stationery, and co-branded materials for each individual partnering pharmacy.

Result:

Since the launch of the new brand, qmedex  secured five dynamic franchise pharmacies and tCreative provides ongoing support to each franchisee throughout the U.S., with several more slated to go live in 2010!



Cafe Murano

Cafe Murano: logo menus, business cards, exterior and interior signage on mediums such as copper and stone.Who:

Café Murano is an upscale restaurant that specializes in Italian-inspired meals. Located in Uptown Altamonte, the restaurant has a comfortable and pleasant environment modeled after the elegance of Italy and named after the famous Murano blown glass. The establishment offers a diverse selection of fresh foods, good spirits, and handpicked wines.

Client Objective:

Brand Café Murano as a high-end Italian dining establishment in Altamonte Springs.

Action:

Design the Café Murano logo and brand and replicate the brand’s demeanor in all aspects of the restaurant’s marketing, such as lunch, dinner, and take-out menus, exterior signage, and informational pieces. Implement interior mediums (such as copper and stone interior signage) to embody the Italian-inspired theme.

Result:

Café Murano’s brand is recognized among customers as a high-end Italian restaurant, and has grown into a respected and successful restaurant and bar in the Altamonte Springs area since its inauguration.



Dr. Marcy Keown

Dr. Marcy Keown is a pediodontist dedicated to serving patients in and around the city of Orlando. After her residency, Dr. Marcy opened her own practice in the expanding residential location of east Orlando. Her office is devoted to caring for children’s dental health, as well as to keeping her patients’ families educated and informed in order to provide the most comfortable experiences possible.

Client Objective:

Assist Dr. Marcy in the inauguration of her new office by conceptualizing a unique brand, logo, and marketing materials for the practice. Create a brand for Dr. Marcy that conveys a fun, yet professional, pediodontist practice.

Action:

Provide naming recommendations for Dr. Marcy’s practice and construct a branding package for her office, including a logo and stationery, in order to achieve consistency in the practice’s branding, look and feel.

Result:

As a result of implementing tCreative’s marketing expertise, Dr. Marcy leads a successful, busy, and growing dental practice. tCreative continues to assist Dr. Marcy with her printing and marketing needs as her practice expands.



TNT Supplements

TNT Supplements: logo and website
Who:

TNT Supplements is a full service manufacturer that specializes in a variety of services, including product development, contract manufacturing, packaging solutions, and order fulfillment.  Specifically, TNT concentrates on the development of supplementary powders, capsules, and tablets. In developing products for its clients, TNT is capable of managing the formulation, packaging, labeling, quality control, and warehousing of the products its team develops with a guarantee of great quality.

Client Objective:

Create a modern brand and identity for the company and establish the company on the web.

Action:

Design a distinct, modern logo for TNT Supplements in order to shape the company’s brand. Additionally, construct a new TNT Supplements website to maintain brand consistency, allow the company to share more information about its services and provide better organization.

Result:

TNT Supplements is in an improved position to market to other businesses and continues to develop and expand its customer base. tCreative continues to support TNT Supplements by assisting in the creation and marketing of new products and managing TNT Supplements’ new, updated brand.



PSAmerica

PSAmerica - Save a Fortune on FlooringWho:

PSAmerica is an exclusive and complete member-driven floor covering resource center. Their membership-only configuration protects the integrity of the trade-only sales policy and ensures members’ savings.

Client Objective:

PSAmerica came to us to create an impactful consumer direct-buy sales promotional marketing campaign to generate sales for a weekend event. Their goal was to generate $500,000 in sales during the weekend promotion. PSAmerica surpassed this goal by 300%, thanks to TCreative. Not bad considering this weekend promotion was conducting shortly after the housing and building decline of 2007.

Result:

After presenting three creative ideas, the client chose the “Save a Fortune” campaign which included posters, direct mail, and point of purchase flyers. In addition, custom fortune cookies were created with specific savings messages inside an actual fortune cookie. Sales reps delivered quart size Chinese take-out boxes full of fortune cookies to the clients which generated immense presale excitement. With only 6 weeks of direct mail, sales calls and in store promotions, clients lined up at the doors of all PSAmerica locations, ready to “Save a Fortune”.
